In this program, there are no calorie-counting or complicated nutrition plans-it's all about making small, yet high-impact, habit changes.
Who is it for?
- This program is perfect for beginner and intermediate level people who are interested in improving their healthy habits. We’ll go through the basics, so you can learn them or get a refresher.
How long does it last?
- I recommend that you do each habit challenge for at least 2 weeks. There are a total of 10 habit challenges available in this program, which add up to 20 weeks, if you choose to do all of them.
